Chris Thurton, MA (he/him)

Executive Director of Unity Collective Nonprofit

Chris cares deeply about helping people recognize and live into the truth and beauty within their individual and communal identities. He has sought to live this out as a college pastor for nearly ten years in Seattle’s University District, working closely with students and various organizations to help them to become more aware of, and to live into, their unique and authentic selves. He has a masters degree in reconciliation and intercultural studies from Seattle Pacific Seminary, and he seeks to use his relational and leadership experience from his time in ministry and in school as he works with Unity Collective.

Chris grew up in Toronto Canada, and has lived in Seattle Washington, for the past 15 years. He loves sports, pop culture and the arts, along with enjoying getting to spend any free time that he has exploring aesthetically pleasing spaces, or hanging out with his wife, their dog, and their friends.
