Transforming individuals, relationships, and communities through embodied intersectional, integrative, and holistic care.

WHO WE ARE

We are a collective of mental health professionals who believe that there is more for each us - more growth, more healing, more connectedness, more integration and more wholeness - for our selves, our relationships, our communities, our faith and spirituality. We believe in the value of individual and collective growth and development, which calls for individual and collective healing work. Our purpose as therapists is to help individuals, couples, friends, families, and communities —move toward healing, wholeness, and flourishing and we believe this can be done through relationships.

WHAT WE DO

Whether faced with a crisis, relational struggle, major transition, mental health diagnosis, trauma or simply the desire for greater personal growth, we bring our therapeutic skills to help individuals, families, and communities move toward greater authenticity, healing, and restoration for more fulfilled and whole lives.

  • We also offer a unique model of professional development and continuing education for mental health providers, students, and trainees who find themselves wishing to greater integrate the intersections of faith, race, and mental health in their work.

  • We provide consultation for teams longing to increase cohesion, work through conflict, or bring about more health and thriving in order to deepen their impact.

  • We also partner with churches, organizations, and communities to bring our integrative holistic care and support to address unique needs.
